Introduction

The Client's contractual agreement with Adansi Edu Ltd (referred to as the "Company") is established on the following terms and conditions. Please review these conditions as they outline the rights and responsibilities of both parties.

By selecting the "I Accept" box, the Client affirms that they have either personally read them or ensured that they have been read, explained, and interpreted to them in a language they comprehend. The Client also affirms their understanding of and their agreement to the specified terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions apply to all educational support assistance and visa support assistance arrangements facilitated by the Company, and they take precedence over any prior agreements between the Client and representatives of the Company.

By consenting to these terms, the Client agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated below.

1. Services

1.1. After the Client has paid the mandatory deposit amount of 50% of the Service Fee (the "Deposit"), the Company agrees to provide educational support services ("Services") to the Client as described in Schedule 1.

1.2. The scope of the Services includes assistance with three university applications and visa assistance.

1.3. The Company shall provide visa assistance services to the Client after the Client has settled the outstanding balance of the Service Fee.

1.4. The Services will be customized to meet the specific needs of the Client as agreed upon in writing by the parties.

1.5. The Client must perform all their duties under this AGREEMENT in a concise and timely manner.

2. Obligations

2.1. The Client shall pay the Deposit.

2.2. After the Client has paid the Deposit, the Company shall:

  • Offer guidance on selecting appropriate universities based on the Client's academic profile and preferences.
  • Assist the Client in preparing and submitting university applications.
  • Inform the Client of all the supporting documents required for the application ("Supporting Documents").
  • Where necessary, accept Supporting Documents sent by the Clients to the Company for review and advice.
  • Provide timely advice and feedback on the Supporting Documents.
  • Give the Client a chance to peruse all Supporting Documents and rectify any mistakes needed for the university application.
  • At the Client's behest, take reasonable steps to amend all mistakes spotted in the Supporting Documents.
  • Provide visa assistance service after the Client has settled the outstanding balance of the Service fee.
  • At the Client's request, assist the Client in selecting the most suitable travel insurance packages.
  • Have the right to unilaterally withdraw from the Agreement if it has sufficient grounds to believe that the Client has provided incorrect, incomplete or inconsistent information.

2.3. The Client shall:

  • Promptly pay the Deposit fee to the Company before the provision of the Service.
  • Provide accurate and complete information for the completion of the university applications.
  • Submit all required documents and information to the Company in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that all Supporting Documents they share with the Company are original copies, or if permitted, certified true copies.
  • Ensure that all Supporting Documents are accurate, free from errors, and up to date.
  • Carefully peruse all Supporting Documents to ensure conformity with requirements.
  • Inform the Company of any errors after their perusal.
  • Where there are errors, provide the Company with accurate information to amend the said errors.
  • Be present and on time for their visa appointments at the Consulate.

3. Fees

3.1. Service Fees:

3.2. The Service Fee covers the cost of assisting with a maximum of three (3) university applications.

3.3. Any additional costs incurred in the provision of the Services (e.g., application fees, postage) will be the responsibility of the Client and will be billed separately and must be paid within seven (7) days of the invoice date.

4. Payments

4.1. The Client may make payments for the service in United States Dollars or Ghana cedis at the prevailing exchange rate.

4.2. The Client shall upon receipt of this Agreement, pay the Deposit, before the Company provides the Service.

4.3. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the Service and upon receipt of admission from the university.

4.5. The Client shall, after making payments, forward payment receipts to accounts@adansitravels.com or to the WhatsApp number of the staff. Please note that only payments made through the Company's official bank accounts or via approved channels will be acknowledged.

4.6. Please note that only Clients who have paid the Deposit of 50% shall be assisted.

5. Liability Under the Agreement

5.1. The Company does not guarantee admission to any university. The Services are provided to assist the Client in the application process, but the final decision rests with the universities.

5.2. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the provision of the Services.

5.3. The Client shall note that the visa grant or denial is at the exclusive discretion of the Consulate.

5.4. The Company shall not be liable for any delays by the Consulate in the granting of the Visa.

5.5. The Company shall not be held liable for visa denial, particularly when:

  • The Client failed to provide complete documents
  • The Client submitted false documents
  • The Client submitted documents late
  • The Client submitted documents in error
  • The Client failed to disclose vital information

5.6. The Company shall not be liable for circumstances beyond both parties' will or control.

5.7. The Client indemnifies the Company from any harm or damage resulting from the Client's failure to perform obligations.

5.8. The Company is absolved from liability if any document submitted is fraudulent.

5.9. The Company reserves the right to take legal action against the Client if fraudulent documents are submitted.

6. Cessation of Services

6.1. The Company shall cease to provide the Service if the Client:

  • Fails to make payments when they become due and payable, or
  • Knowingly submits false documents to the Company, or
  • Fails to disclose necessary information for the performance of duties.

6.2. The Company may, at its discretion, provide the Client with advance notice before discontinuing the Service.

6.3. Where a Client submits fraudulent documents, the Company reserves the right to impose a surcharge and take legal action.

7. Refunds

All payments made by the Client for the Service are NON-REFUNDABLE.

8. Termination

8.1. The Client may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice to the Company. Any fees paid prior to termination are non-refundable.

9. Notices

9.1. Any notice required during the subsistence of the Service shall be in writing and sufficiently served on the other Party.

9.2. A notice shall be deemed served if hand-delivered, sent by registered post, or sent by email.

9.3. A notice shall be deemed served if sent through text messaging applications such as WhatsApp and Telegram.

9.4. A notice shall be deemed delivered on the date of receipt if during normal business hours.

9.5-9.7. WhatsApp delivery receipts (two blue ticks) and emoji responses constitute acknowledgment and acceptance.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana.

11. Miscellaneous

11.1. The Company will handle all personal data in compliance with the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) of Ghana.

11.2. Both parties agree to keep all information confidential.

11.3. The Company retains the right to modify these Terms at its discretion.

11.4. Disputes shall first be settled amicably. Failing that, parties may refer disputes to the Ghana Arbitration Centre.

11.5. By consenting, the Client represents they have full capacity to enter into this Agreement.

2. Choosing Education Provider

Assisting in selecting universities, colleges, or programs aligned with goals and aspirations.

3. Visa Application Support

Navigating the visa application process with necessary documentation and guidance.

4. Career Counselling

Guidance on career paths related to chosen fields of study.

5. Arranging Documents and Transcripts

Organizing recommendation letters, essays, and financial statements. Note: The Company does not draft statements of purpose for students.
